Little Moments

When I embark on a photography session, I look for the little moments, the often missed moments; your toddler grabbing for your hand or touching your face; your significant other running their fingers through your hair; those chubby baby hands grasping your finger; bare baby bums; the giggles, snorts and tears. I look for the moments you want to remember but just may forget. It’s those moments I strive to authentically document so you can look back and remember how it all felt.

Connection

While in a session, I work hard to ensure that it flows naturally and that connection is at the forefront of the images I create.

These sessions are quality-family time and shouldn’t be stressful. I approach all my family and motherhood sessions with a relaxed and laid-back attitude and encourage my clients to do the same.

For some extra suggestions on how to make your photography session stress free, head on over to my 10 tips for family photography blog post!

Vulnerability

As a lifestyle photographer, I do provide direction, prompts, and some loose posing, otherwise the love your family shares is all that is needed to create magical images.

Motherhood sessions are an ideal time to be vulnerable. Share skin-on-skin moments with your little babes, forever capture your breastfeeding journey, and show that gorgeous (nude) bump!

Be yourself, be vulnerable, and allow your kids to be kids. We’ll have some fun family time while preserving precious memories for years to come!

Family sessions document your growing family. I cannot say it enough; mamas, get in the photos! Family photography sessions preserve the love and connection between you and your children. These images allow your love to live on for generations of your family to look back on. Give that gift, if not to yourself, to your children.

I swear to you, there are divine things more beautiful than words can tell.
